Any duplicate Accounts detected by bbb99's systems will be closed, and any associated Balances may be forfeited at bbb99's sole discretion.

All financial transactions on the bbb99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bbb99 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on transactions conducted in BDT. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bbb99, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds of the payment provider confirming the transaction. In rare cases of provider delays, credits may take up to 30 minutes. Any unredeemed Bonus Funds in your Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

bbb99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Where an Account is closed by bbb99 due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, bbb99 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the breach involves criminal conduct, bbb99 may report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bbb99 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
